Field Service Technician
The Field Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at customer sites. This role ensures optimal machine performance while delivering excellent technical support and customer service.
Territory Sales Manager – West
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for business development and account management in an assigned geographical area. They are responsible for contributing towards the growth of our FAM STUMABO business, while servicing and maintaining new and existing customers. The Territory Sales Manager will also be responsible for generating new potential customers on an ongoing basis by networking, researching, prospecting, cold calling, following up, closing deals, and managing accounts.
Territory Sales Manager – South
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for business development and account management in an assigned geographical area. They are responsible for contributing towards the growth of our FAM STUMABO business, while servicing and maintaining new and existing customers. The Territory Sales Manager will also be responsible for generating new potential customers on an ongoing basis by networking, researching, prospecting, cold calling, following up, closing deals and managing accounts. Territory consists of Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arizona.
Sales Operations Coordinator (English/French)
The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining our existing customer base in Eastern Canada as well as supporting our integration partners throughout North America. They are responsible for contributing towards the growth of our FAM STUMABO business, while servicing and maintaining new and existing customers. The Sales Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for in-house testing of our equipment with customer food products. Their support in assisting our internal sales operations will be a crucial function of the role.
