Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for business development in an assigned geographical area. They are responsible for contributing towards the growth of our FAM STUMABO business, while servicing and maintaining new and existing customers. The Territory Sales Manager will also be responsible for generating new potential customers on an ongoing basis by networking, researching, prospecting, cold calling, following up, closing deals and managing accounts.

 

 

Aftermarket Specialist

The Aftermarket Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining existing accounts by providing accurate quotes and processing spare parts orders while ensuring compliance with customer requirements. This multifaceted position requires a basic working knowledge of machinery or a willingness to learn, coupled with an understanding of parts replacement frequencies.

 

Collaborating with the Purchasing Department, the role focuses on optimizing spare part stock levels to facilitate seamless internal servicing and repairs, as well as meeting customer supply demands without significant delays. Additionally, the Aftermarket Sales Specialist is responsible for meticulous record-keeping of warranty replacements and faulty parts.

Service & Operations Manager

The Service and Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the plant and service department. With a well-structured and efficient business plan, the Service and Operations Manager will execute on all service needs of the customer base as well as the internal needs of the plant/facility. Most importantly, the role serves as the front line for all service needs and executes on providing exceptional customer service and solutions promptly. This role will maintain and grow a revenue-generating service department by hiring, training, and owning all service responsibilities.

Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician is the primary point of contact for customers. The role will lead customer-facing and internal customer support including commissioning, installation, start-up, warranty, and customer-paid service. This position plays a vital role in creating long-term customer relationships, acting as a bridge between customers, products, and internal teams.

 

Office Manager

The Office Manager encompasses all responsibilities of the efficient daily function of the office environment. The Office Manager is assigned responsibilities and projects regularly.
