We offer several training programmes for operators and maintenance engineers. They are all designed and delivered by the FAM STUMABO Polska team to help you get the most out of your machines and cutting tools. Personalised training courses for specific needs are also available.
Our technicians are always ready to answer questions and solve any problems. We also offer scheduled service visits to ensure quick and efficient maintenance. In addition, we have a well-stocked inventory of spare parts as well as usable items such as knives and cutting tools. One of the last elements, very important in our service care, is customer support in sharpening knives, which has a very positive impact on the operating costs of cutting.
We follow a strict code of practice for Health and Safety. After each service visit, we provide you with an electronic report and RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statement) documents. These are generated by the engineer and specific to each visit.
We provide a reliable supply of spare parts and consumables for every FAM machine. Our technicians also carry parts for most of our machines, so maintenance tasks can be performed during any service visit.
