Fast, high volume processing & maximum versatility

Our powerful machines are designed for fast, high volume processing and offer maximum versatility to process beef, lamb, pork, fish in cooked (both chilled and hot), frozen, dry and/or extruded (hot) condition.

 

Typical applications are organ meats (frozen liver, lung, heart…), fish (frozen cod, salmon, white fish, tuna loin…), chicken (log, roll, ribs, end-cuts) extruded products, protein slabs, jerky type treats and others.

Strip cutters and dicers: supporting the highest standards in quality and hygiene

From pioneering sanitary designs to reliable high-capacity production, we have the technology you need for dicing and strip cutting a wide variety of cooked, chilled and frozen meats and fish. The robust CMD.2 is built for continuous operation and is the ideal choice to cut frozen and/or frozen-tempered products. Hymaks offers significant advantages when hot extruded products are cut and meets the most stringent requirements of sanitary design while Flexifam 55 offers unbeatable flexibility for medium-sized operations and in the small to medium dice range.

Belt cutter: perfect dice, strips and products with a hand-pulled look

The Yuran™ Hytec models 240 and 300 (version with a wider feed belt) are belt-fed dicer/strip-cutters suited for cutting a variety of meat products and fish with predetermined thickness or at natural thickness, from fresh chilled to frozen tempered (down to -10° C) or cooked and extruded (at hot temperature up to +80° C).

 

These types of machines can be easily integrated into a line and the Yuran™ Hytec 300 EC (with exit conveyor) simplifies the discharge to the output container.

 

Flexis Optitec is the more compact, medium high capacity flat belt slicer for elongated flat or round shaped treats and delivers outstanding cutting results. This machine offers great flexibility in cut sizes and cut shapes by setting variable speeds of both the feed belt and cutting knives.

The Centris 400C: consistent cut quality with maximum flexibility

Our innovative high-capacity centrifugal shredder efficiently handles a wide range of cut sizes including strips, slices and V-cut shreds on all kinds of meat and vegetable products. It is powered by the revolutionary SureShred 16C cutting head, which features 16 stationary blades allowing you to run at higher capacities with improved yield. The large infeed ensures uniform product flow and cutting heads can be exchanged in minutes to make other shapes and cut sizes.

V-belt slicer: precision slicing of elongated produces

Volantis™ takes precision cutting to a higher level. This transverse slicer features a 2-metre long V-belt to perfectly align elongated products such as dried treats, sticks, jerky treats, etc., and guide them towards the slicing wheel at the optimal speed. It delivers high-quality slices with no waste or end pieces. The user-friendly design includes a compact touch screen for quick set-up and easy operation.

Various knife options

The right blade is essential to cut meat and fish products properly. The wrong type of blade will crush and tear the fiber of the meat instead of cutting, creating more fines and breakage in the final product. FAM STUMABO provides various types of knives designed to meet different product textures and processing conditions. Their quality is the result of long research and experience.

 

All the blades are designed and manufactured in-house using the best food-grade stainless steel materials. Based on profound application knowledge, we select the precise thickness, edge profile and mechanical strength needed to achieve an optimised cutting process with minimum waste.

Our cutting machines are designed to comply with the most stringent hygiene standards. Their open structure allows them to be fully cleaned using pressure washing and disinfection inside and outside. The belts feature a quick-release system for easy removal without tools.
