Dicers: innovative designs for fresh-cut perfection

Our state-of-the-art drum dicers are built for reliability and versatility in a range of dicing operations. The Tridis™ 240 delivers high volumes and continuous flow and is suitable for fish and seafoods with a wide range of shapes, sizes and consistencies. The lower capacity version, Tridis™ 180, offers the same technologies in a more compact package for medium-sized processors.

Belt dicer: perfect for dicing and strip cutting at high capacities

The Yuran™ Hytec 240 belt dicer efficiently processes frozen, chilled and cooked seafoods into dices, strips and shreds. Changing from one cut size to another is quick and simple. The machine is designed for the highest sanitary standards with separated drive and product zones and an easily removable conveyor belt for thorough cleaning.

V-belt slicers: precision cutting for longer shapes

Our extremely precise V-belt slicers deliver the perfect cut with a wide variety of longer-shaped fish and other seafood products such as squid. These transversal cutting machines align the product perfectly and direct it towards the slicing wheel at the appropriate speed. They are designed for low maintenance and good accessibility for cleaning. Effortless operation adds to efficiency, while the Volantis™‘s touch screen takes setup and product changeovers to the next level of convenience.

Guillotine slicer and dicer: superb cut quality for fragile seafood products

Our GD 500 guillotine slicer is the ideal choice for processors of delicate fish and seafood who wish to optimise the appearance of the end product. The guillotine cuts without accelerating or crushing the fish, improving yield and avoiding damage to the structure of the product. This robust stainless steel machine is suitable for continuous production and meets the highest sanitary standards.

Various knife options

The right blade is essential to cut fish products properly. The wrong type of blade will crush and tear the product instead of cutting it. This creates more fines and breakage in the final product. FAM STUMABO provides various type of knives to suit different product textures and processing conditions.


All the blades are designed and manufactured in-house using the best food-grade stainless steel materials. Their quality is the result of long research and experience.
