Application support
Our local specialists will help you to select the right machinery for your products and environment. This includes using our test plant for demonstrations and trials with your own products to validate feasibility and optimise your product. We take a phased approach to feasibility testing to support your project from beginning to end.

Our goal is to ensure that your equipment delivers optimal performance and our team may suggest adaptations to boost capacity, meet requirements for specific certifications or facilitate changes to your setup.
Training
We offer several training programmes for operators and maintenance engineers. They are all designed and delivered by local FAM STUMABO teams to help you get the most out of your machinery and cutting tools. Our training courses cover all aspects of use, including line control, setup, maintenance and more. Customised training is available for specific needs.
Reporting and safety
We follow a strict code of practice for Health and Safety. After each service visit, we provide you with an electronic report and RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statement) documents. These are generated by the engineer and specific to each visit.
Original spare parts
We maintain a reliable supply of spare parts and consumables for every FAM machine. Our warehouse is conveniently located with access to major road networks to ensure efficient distribution throughout the UK and Ireland. Our technicians also carry parts for most of our machines so that maintenance tasks can be completed during each service visit.
