Showcasing Yuran Hytec 300 at the DIL Technology Day 24

— 10/07/2024

FAM STUMABO participated in the “DIL Technology Day 24”, held on June 11-12, in Quakenbrück (Germany). This prestigious event, organised by the Deutsches Institut für Lebensmitteltechnik (DIL), brought together experts and innovators from the food industry for two days of powerful food technology exploration.

DIL, is an industrial research institute. With over 150 member companies from various fields, including food production, mechanical engineering, and process engineering, DIL acts as a crucial link between science and practice. The institute focuses on supporting the food industry in product development and process management. Their core competencies lie in product development and process engineering, with a strong emphasis on innovative food technologies.

As a proud partner of DIL since 2023, FAM STUMABO had the unique opportunity to participate actively in this event, showcasing our latest advancements and connecting with industry leaders. Our highlight of the event was the live demonstration of our brand-new belt dicer, the Yuran™ Hytec 300. This state-of-the-art machine showcased its versatility in processing High-Moisture Extrusion products, performing eight different cuts including chunks, kebabs, pulled-look textures, different types of flakes, and strips. Using various cutting tools such as chunkrolls, claws, circle knives, and foodstars, we demonstrated the machine’s precision and adaptability to an engaged audience.

DIL Technology Day featured keynote speakers who provided valuable insights into alternative proteins and the future of food technology. The sessions were enriched with presentations on sustainable food systems, automation, and food biotech, leaving attendees inspired and excited about the future of the industry.

Our booth, where our sales representatives showcased the Yuran Hytec 300, attracted significant interest from visitors, keen to learn more about our cutting equipment, especially our solutions for alternative proteins. The networking opportunities were invaluable, allowing us to build new connections and strengthen existing relationships within the food processing community.

We are proud to contribute to the innovation and advancement of food technology and look forward to continuing our collaboration with DIL and other industry partners. The knowledge and connections gained at the event will undoubtedly help us maintain our competitive edge and drive future success.

Thank you to everyone who visited our booth and participated in our live demo. We are excited about the possibilities ahead and remain committed to delivering innovative solutions to the food industry!
