Our application specialists are always expanding their knowledge about the parameters that affect the cutting of any vegetarian or vegan product. These include the infeed product size and the temperature, viscosity, moisture content, texture and other conditions of the product before cutting. Belt dicer: hygienic dicing and strip cutting at high capacities

The Yuran™ Hytec 240 belt dicer efficiently cuts dairy alternatives into strips or dices with the same thickness as the product fed into the machine. Cut sizes can be quickly adapted with easily removable cutting spindle shafts. The robust stainless steel design maintains the highest sanitary standards with separated drive and product zones, good access to every part of the machine and a hygienic belt with edge sealing.

Our Centris™ line of shredders offers the ultimate combination of speed and versatility for high-capacity production. The compact 400C processes a wide variety of vegan/analog cheeses at high speed. The 400C Optitec and 400C Hytec both feature a heavy-duty motor and advanced turbo-torque technology to deliver consistent quality, even when throughput is maximised.

Powered by the Centris SureShred cutting head

Our patented 16-blade cutting head meets the demands of versatile and higher volume shredding applications by doubling capacity and providing rapid cutting action that reduces the time the product spends inside the cutting head. The slice thickness is preset to deliver uniform shreds and eliminate the need for thickness adjustments. The cutting segments contain continuous grooves to keep the product aligned, reducing the number of fines, combs and waste. Its lightweight design makes it easy to use and clean and it is approved for the highest international hygiene standards.

Our dicing and shredding machines combine high-quality output with productivity-boosting designs to enhance your processing operation. The Hymaks™ large drum dicer is a world leader with its unique sanitary design and powerful performance. The CMD.2 is a smart choice for continuous production and high capacities. The Flexifam 55 is known for its clean cuts and simplicity, while the Deville FS40 full block shredder maximises output in a variety of shapes.

Our innovative high-capacity centrifugal shredder efficiently handles a wide range of cut sizes including strips, slices and V-cut shreds on all kinds of meat alternatives. It is powered by our revolutionary SureShred 16C cutting head, featuring 16 stationary cutting heads allowing you to run at higher capacities with improved yield. The large infeed ensures uniform product flow and cutting heads can be changed in minutes for operational flexibility and productivity.

To help our customers to deliver healthy, safe food products, our cutting equipment is designed to comply with the most stringent hygiene standards. The open structure of our machines allows to be fully cleaned using pressure washing and disinfection inside and outside. The belts feature a quick-release system for easy removal without tools.
