Factory Manager Timo Mustaniemi turned to Forsfood Oy, the Finnish partner for FAM STUMABO. A salami sample was sent to FAM STUMABO’s state-of-the-art lab in Belgium, where tests revealed the optimal cutting solution: Flexifam 55.
“The texture demanded a precise approach,” said Development Manager Marko Försti. “FAM’s lab testing was instrumental in identifying the right combination of machine and temperature.”
