Built on the proven Flexifam 55 platform, the new model delivers consistent, high-quality dice across a wide range of cheese types, including mozzarella, while reducing fines and product loss.
Flexifam.2 processes products up to 135 mm in diameter and 270 mm in length, often eliminating the need for pre-cutting. This simplifies operations and supports continuous production with capacities of up to 1,000 kg/h, depending on the cut size.
The machine features a hygienic stainless-steel design, easy access for cleaning and maintenance, and fast tool changes to minimise downtime. Improved ergonomics also allow maintenance tasks to be handled by a single operator.
In addition to cheese, Flexifam.2 is suitable for meat and poultry applications, offering processors greater flexibility across product lines.
